Architecture Control Committee (ACC) Review Process...

The following changes must be approved by the ACC committee prior to work being
done or before any structural changes are implemented.  This includes, but is not
limited to:

• Painting your home

• Installation of large play structures

• Installation of storage sheds/buildings

The following are the steps for this process:

• Download and print the ACC Review form.  Print it, fill it out, and have a minimum
  of three (3) of your neighbors sign the form.

• Send the completed form to the ACC board for review.

• Fill out this quick form to notify the ACC review board of the incoming form (to ensure timely
  response to your request).

You should have a response to your request within 30 days.
