This site is designed to provide information about our Community for current Si View residents and future neighbors.  We hope you enjoy your visit.

Minutes and information from the recent 2007 HOA meeting held in December are available using the button on the left.  Includes information on the 2008 budget. 

On Jan 8th, 2008 the Si View HOA Board adopted a new set of Si View Community Rules and Regulations. These rules are supplemental to the Si View Declaration of Protective Covenants.  These rules are considered in affect as of the posting of these rules via this website and the Si View HOA email distribution list.

Congratulations to our 5 winners for Si View yard of the month this summer (May – September)!  All of theirnames were placed in a random drawing for a gift certificate to the Mt Si Nursery.  (The winner of the drawing is listed below)
