Si View is a family-friendly neighborhood in North Bend, WA surrounded by parks, trails, a riverfront and fabulous mountain views. We are located close to downtown North Bend and offer easy access to most amenities. Homes in our community were built in the late 1990's to early 2000's. Our neighborhood consists of 244 homes built across three divisions.
If you are a resident: We invite you to join us over at Nextdoor, a private social network for our neighborhood. It's the easiest way for you and your neighbors to talk online and share local information in surrounding North Bend neighborhoods. The association uses PayHOA for all of your homeowner needs. Monthly HOA meetings: Second Tuesday of each month. The agenda and Zoom information are posted to NextDoor one week prior or can be requested by contacting us.
