If you work in real estate and require information from our association for a pending transaction, please fill out the form below and upload any required forms to be processed. The association charges new buyers a $100.00 processing fee for transfer and setup of new homeowners into our management system. In order to expedite your request, please enter all required fields below. Checks can be made out to "Si View Community Organization" and mailed to PO Box 2193 North Bend WA, 98045.
Homeowners: If you are a current homeowner who is interested in doing a refinance or selling your home, you can create an HOA invoice statement by logging into your PayHOA account and clicking on the [PDF] button located under the map in your dashboard.
